The External Light and Camera in use
By using the Blueye External Camera and Light, you can get a much better overview of your inspection. This video shows how the drone operates with external equipment while underwater.
You can add up to two external lights to the Blueye X3 drone. The lights add 3000-lumens of extra light for each External Light added. The light is controlled the same way that the primary light is. And like the primary light, it can be dimmed and turned off. By default, the light intensity of the external light follows the main light. This can be customized in the external light settings page of the app so the light can help you in your job to be done.
